Add Client ID in Dynamics 365 FO.

Before you close the Azure portal make sure to make a copy of the application id: 

Once you have the Copy of the ClientID in the Clipboard then please add it to the Entra IDs by clicking the "Add new Client ID". 

Under "ADVANDED SETTINGS" the Display Name and Tenant ID can be changed. These are optional values. The display name will default to current Company.
