Problem

The Put-away function returns no matches.

Solution

1) Check the filters

Location:

Make sure relevant Warehouse/Inventory Put-away exists for the selected Location.

2) Perform a Step-by-step Release process for Warehouse Shipment

The most common set up is to use "advanced warehousing" aka the "Warehouse" documents.

This might not be your setup. See Location setup for details.

Below is the steps to Warehouse Pick for Warehouse Shipment

1. Release a Sales order with lines for the relevant Location
2. Create a Warehouse Shipment from the Sales Order
   
   
3. Release the Warehouse Shipment
4. Create Warehouse Pick from the Warehouse Shipment
   
   
5. You can now see the Pick document on the Mobile Device
   
   
6. Post the Warehouse Receipt from BC or mobile device.
   
   
7. The Warehouse Shipment will now have "Document status" = "Completely picked" (Fig.1)
   
   
8. You can now finalize the Warehouse Shipment and post it, thus completing the Shipping and optionally Invoicing.
