Problem
The Receive function returns no matches
Solution
Check and adjust the search filters (fig.1)
Location -filter
Location code has a value on the Receipt/Order header
Location code must be present on the document header - not just the lines.
Order has Status=Released
If receing directly to an order - make sure it is Released
- Purchase Order
- Transfer Order
- Sales Return Order
Expected Receive Date -filter
Warehouse Receipt
The filter date must be higher than the Due Date on the Receipt Line (fig. 2)
Purchase Order
The filter date must be higher than the Expected Receipt Date on the Order Header (fig. 3)
PO Number -filter
- Filter for specific Purchase Order.
Blank value will return all results.
Assigned User -filter
- Filter for specific User name.
Blank will return all results.
