When are workflows used

• Only for Planned Functions.
• Unplanned Functions uses steps that at Workflows only used for Order Lines-pages
• as opposed to Unplanned Functions where steps are sent dynamically from the backend. (On-the-fly).

The Count Workflow

Has same steps as "Standard" planned workflow (above), but allows for Quantity to be zero (during counting an item may be no longer on inventory).
