Problem

The Receive function returns no matches

Solution

Check and adjust the search filters (fig.1)

Location -filter

Location code has a value on the Receipt/Order header

Location code must be present on the document header - not just the lines.

Order

Status=Released

If receing receivng directly to an order - make sure it is Released. This applies to:

• Purchase Order
• Transfer Order
• Sales Return Order

Expected Receive Date -filter

• Warehouse Receipt
  • The filter date must be higher than the Due Date on the Receipt Line (fig. 2)
• Purchase

• Order
  • The filter date must be higher than the Expected Receipt Date on the Order Header (fig. 3)

PO Number -filter

• Filter for specific Purchase Order.

Blank value will return all results.

Assigned User -filter

• Filter for specific User name.

Blank will return all results.
