Problems
When 1. When you are trying to remote control a device and the device screen does only show the Waiting for Screen, see below.

2. When you are trying to remote control a device, a message pops up: "This device already has an active remote control session" and pressing the left- Ctrl keys do not work - see below.
Solutions
- Select the device in MobiControl
- Select Send Script
- SelectScript Type: Legacy
- Select Remote Control Fix (Can also be called 'Waiting for Screen Fix')
- Click button Send Script
The device will turn black and then re-connect. Afterwards, you should be able to remote control.

The Remote Control option is missing for a mobile device
If there is not an option to choose Remote Control in the Device Actions menu, it is usually because the device is missing a device plugin.
To solve this, you can choose the Install Device Plugin option to install the plugin. After the plugin is installed you will be able to find the Remote Control option and remote control the device as normally.
