Adjust your

Check and adjust the search filters

Location 

Depending on the Location setup, make sure the relevant document is Released.

  • Purchase Order
  • Warehouse Receipt
  • Warehouse Put-aways
  • Inventory Put-aways
  • (fig.1)

    Location -filter

    Location code has a value on the Receipt/Order header

    Location code must be present on the document header - not just the lines.

    Order Status=Released

    If receivng directly to an order - make sure it is Released. This applies to:

    • Purchase Order
    • Transfer Order
    • Sales Return Order

    "Location code" on the document header must within the Location filter.


    Expected Receive Date -filter

    • Warehouse Receipt (Advanced Warehouse)
      • The filter date must be higher than the Due Date on the Receipt Line (fig. 12)
    • Purchase Order (Basic Warehouse)
      • The filter date must be higher than the Expected Receipt Date on the Order Header (fig. 23)



    PO Number

    (Purchase Order)

    -filter

    • Filter for specific Purchase Order.

    Blank value will return all results.

    Assigned User -filter

    • Filter for specific User name.

    Blank will return all results.
