Grouping Order Lines
Available in Mobile WMS for Dynamics AX/365FO version 3.15

| When multiple lines shares enough characteristics, it is reasonable to group them. If you need to group order lines you can setup which table field to group by. |
Group matching order lines with the same values and remove redundant line selection and registrations.
Use cases
- Group batch tracked item.
- Group by items i.e. when picks are consolidated with same item number many times.
Navigate to Mobile WMS/Setup/Pages and find the order lines page you want to group.
From the page you navigate to data sources and setup grouping per data source. See below image for details about WMSOrdersTrans (Picking route lines).

Data sources will become available once the mobile device has retrieved a list of orders or lines. The reason for this hen or egg situation, is to reduce time consumption during setup, by only setting up data sources that are active. |

Example below shows groupings per item. This picking route has 3 lines where 2 lines have the same item.
