1. Setup the Production Service Tier / Company
The production company/Service tier is set up in the same way as the test company, which means that the installation guide can be followed. If you do not have the installation guide, go to University to download it.

- Users have been added to the list of Mobile Users on the Mobile User Page.
- Users have been added to the Mobile Group (default called Mobile WMS users).
- The Mobile Language has been added and the Mobile Messages have been created.
- The Users are set up as Warehouse Employees for the locations that they need to work in.
2. Share a new SOAP URL on the Service Desk
The devices will be connected to NAV/BC through a web service, therefore you need to find the SOAP URL in the ERP Client and share it in a ticket, such that the configuration in MobiControl can be done by Tasklet Factory.

- Open the Web Services Page.
- Find the MOB WS Dispatcher in the list and click on the SOAP URL in order to copy it.
- Go to the Tasklet Factory Service Desk and raise a ticket to share the link in order to set up the Production Folder for the customer in question.
- The Tasklet Factory Employee will do the configuration needed and let you know once the Production folder is ready.
3. Move Devices in MobiControl
This process handles the re-configuration of the customer's devices such they are connecting to the Production endpoint instead of the Test endpoint.

- Login to MobiControl.
- Move the device from the Test folder to the Production folder, see also: How to move devices between folders in MobiControl - Support Knowledge Base - Tasklet Factory Docs.
- Wait until the device has re-booted.
- Once the device comes online again it is ready.
4. Verify the Production Setup
Log in and verify that the production setup is ready for the customer's Go-Live, following the steps below:
