When MobiControl keeps asking you to install a plugin, follow this guide to fix the remote control plugin issue.
Step-by-step guide
- Just close Close all sessions of your web browser.
- Open Control-Panel-> Remove/Uninstall Program, and uninstall ALL "SOTI Remote Control Service" item(s) previously installed.
- Then open your web browser, start the web-console and download it.
- Before reinstalling the plugin, click on "Advanced":
