Problem
When When you are trying to remote control a device and the device screen does only show the Waiting for Screen, see below.

Solutions
If you are logged in Mob2, PartnerMob2 or PartnerMobi:
- Select the device in MobiControl
- Select Send Script
- SelectScript Type: Legacy
- Select Remote Control Fix
- Click button Send Script
The device will turn black and then re-connect. Afterwards, you should be able to remote control.
If you are logged in Mobi: https://mobi.taskletfactory.com/MobiControl/WebConsole/
- Select the device in MobiControl
- Select Send Script
- Select Waiting for Screen Fix
- Click button Send Script
