When registering and posting purchase orders via the mobile device the following is performed in Dynamics AX/365FO:
Registration
For each purchase order line the values registered on the mobile device is saved in Dynamics AX/365FO using the <Registration> function. This results in transactions for each purchase order line with the status <registered>.
Post packing slip
When the data from the mobile device has been registered the packing slip is posted on the purchase order. In the default mobile setup the posted packing slip number is fetched from a number series defined on the parameter form for the Mobile WMS solution. If the actual packing slip number from the delivery note must be registered by the mobile user, the mobile device can be configured to register this value during the posting process.
If all purchase order lines have been fully received the purchase order will have the status <received> after posting on the mobile device.
