Problem

You have trouble connecting the mobile device to MobiControl or ERP.

1. WiFi Internet connection

   1. Test: Are you able to open a website using the browser on the scanner?

      1. Not a 100% guarantee as port 80/Internet may be blocked

2. Firewall 

   1. Port TCP 5494 must be open for outbound connection (IP address: 77.243.63.56).

3. Date/time

   1. As the connection is HTTPS, a certificate is in play. The date on mobile device must not be to far off the current date - or else the HTTPS connection will not be allowed.
