    1. Customer MobiControl: Port TCP 5494 must be open for outbound connection (IP address: 40.68.196.181) + ds1.mobi.taskletfactory.com

    2. Partner MobiControl: Port TCP 5494 must be open for outbound connection (IP address: 13.81.28.131 + ds1.partnermobi.taskletfactory.com 

    3. the MTU size needs to be set to 1,500 bytes

  3. As the connection is HTTPS, a certificate is in play. The date on mobile device must not be to far off the current date - or else the HTTPS connection will not be allowed.
