In Mobile WMS Version 3.6 and higher, the application.cfg must use a lookup type in order to be able to get reference data.
There are no error message, but when you enter a correct production order number or a job ID number the returned list is empty.
Solution:
1) In the application.cfg file find the page id "ReportAsFinished".
2) Change the lookup type to "Lookup".
