Problem

I suspect my pick document is inefficiently organized.

Solution

Not really a Mobile WMS task

Mobile WMS extends NAV base Warehousing onto the floor and does not add functionality in general. and so the creation of the pick document is not a Mobile WMS task.

Organization of Bins, Zones

Besides using Zones and Bins.

NAV Pick Worksheet can use Bin Ranking.

Another effective sorting option is bin ranking, if the physical layout of the warehouse is more according to bin ranking than bin code.

It can be more important to place Popular items in close proximity to the beginning of the aisles AND close to each other.

Than focusing on how to dynamically plan a route. That will surely give you a benefit, if your current setup is opposed to this.

This can be overruled by what kind of items you sell, how you replenish, physical space etc. etc.

You can extract data from NAV on the Top sold items.

You need to have this conversation with a dedicated Warehouse consultant, most likely via your NAV Partner.
