Collector Step QuantityByScan

When entering quantities the Collector Step Quantity or Collector Step Decimal are typically used.

QuantityByScan targets the use case where the user is asked to scan each item to register/verify the quantity.

It simply increments the quantity by 1 when an item is scanned and, when applied, accepted by the validation restrictions imposed.

The step can be configured to only accept a specific list of values, e.g. serial numbers.

Typical use

Not common. You can achieve the functionality with Registering Quantity By Scan
