Devices such as Zebra and Honeywell scanners bought through Tasklet will always be covered by a service agreement for the first three years of their lives meaning that any wear and tear or all the way up to a cracked screen are fully covered for repair, but this support contract only applies to the scanners themselves and not any accessories such as scan handles, docks or batteries.

While most would think of batteries as part of the product they are separate accessories for both Honeywell and Zebra with their own warranties.

Other accessories, such as docks, scan handles or chargers, are only covered by a three-month warranty. 

After those three years have gone by then you will have to maintain the Service contracts yourselves after that point or lose those benefits at that point we aren't able to help raise RMA's for you so at that point you have to follow the steps below


If your devices are broken but no longer covered by a service contract or warranty, you must take charge and raise the RMA yourself.
