Troubleshoot Report Print
Description
You mustSet up Report Print to print the Standard Label Reports (Report Print).
Steps
1: Verify Mobile Report Setup
Make sure Set up Report Print has been completed with printer and reports.
2: Verify the mobile user can print from BC
Please verify that the path from report to printer by printing from BC.
Log into Business Central webclient with the same mobile user account as you are using on mobile device
Print “Mobile WMS - Item Label” to the same printer as you are using on mobile device
This must result in a printed document.
Microsoft “Universal Print” does not report errors in Mobile Document Queue List
Currently, Universal Print does not report errors. This makes Universal Print difficult to troubleshoot.
