Problem

I receive the following error message when Receiving Items.


You are not allowed to register multiple bins on receive orders.


 

Solutions

Use Put-Aways

Splitting of purchase lines is not supported by NAV., so only one bin can be registered on the mobile device.

If it is needed to register received items in multiple bins then use Put-aways.


Split the actions instead

  1. Complete the Receive to a single Bin.
  2. Then move the desired quantity in a second action
