Tracing

Available in Mobile WMS for Dynamics AX/365FO version 3.14 or newer.

In D365FO Prod and UAT tracing is limited. Engaging tracing from Mobile WMS results in more details when something casts an error.

Path: Mobile WMS / Setup / Parameters / Tracing

1) Tracing is setup by user, and the user must be the user who is logged in at the mobile device.

2) From the mobile device the user reproduces the error.

3) Then navigate to Mobile WMS / Setup / Troubleshooting / Tracing

Here you will find the trace log and more insights about what happened.
