Available from version 3.5 of Mobile WMS for Dynamics AX/365FO

When you want to assign user rights with menu's, you navigate to Mobile WMS / Setup / Menu.


In the left part of the above screenshot you find your user groups. If you don't have any you need to create at least one. Navigate to System Administration / Users / User Groups and create one. Make sure that the user is assigned to this user group.


The graphical menu presentation helps you to smoothly setup your menu's for that selected user group. You can easily see how the menu's will be placed on the mobile device. 

To add menu's from the available menu items, you simply dobbelt click on the menu you want. 

Once the menu is added, you can arrange it to the right place hereafter. 

When you want to remove a menu you simply dobbelt click on the menu and it is removed. 

To rearrange menu's you simply click on the menu you want to move and click on which menu you want to place it before. 

  1.  Click on menu to move
  2. Click on the menu you want to place it in front of

Example: You want to move the RegisterBarcode menu to the first place on the screen. 

  

Click on RegisterBarcode and then subsequently click on the Receive menu to place it before that.
