Description

Allows the user to register a new image of an item, using the camera on the mobile device.

This allows the mobile user to document a Receipt, Pick, or Shipment.

Register Item Image

  • The function is activated by selecting the "Register Item Image" on the main menu. 



  • Scan / enter the item number or barcode
    Alternatively, search for the item using the online search functionality



  • Add an image by selecting the "+-sign" in the blue circle
    Take the photo



  • Approve the photo by selecting the "Checkmark"-sign



  • Enter a comment (optional) and select "Accept"



  • The photo has now been saved



  • When this item is handled on the mobile device, the new image is used




The photo is visible as an item image in Business Central
