Mobicontrol - folder structure

This is a short guide for MobiControl explaining the steps following the enrollment of a device.

Once you receive the login credentials for MobiControl and you have successfully logged in, you will see your customers and their respective sub-folders: New Devices, Test and Production on the left side. By default, it will look like this:

After the device has been enrolled, it will always appear in the folder “New Devices”.

At this point, Mobile WMS has not yet been installed. To install it, move the device to either Test or Production: How to move devices between folders in MobiControl

 This will install Mobile WMS and the package pointing at the test or the production environment.

The next step is to add a license.

Remember that the device will reboot once you move it to another folder.
