I cannot Post unknown Serial/Lot

Problem

An unexpected Lot no. causes the following error when posting Count.

"Expiration Date must have a value in Tracking Specification: Entry No.=1. It cannot be zero or empty."

Solution

This problem arises when one Lot no. was expected and another was counted by the mobile user. 

It is not due to Expiration Date not being collected.

Expiration date is Never collected in planned count since it can be determined by the Lot no. (when this exists).

You will have both Postiive and Negative lines. 

Solve the issue by determining whether the unknown Lot was a typing error or a genuinely new Lot No.
