I cannot Pick an entire License Plate

Problem

The user cannot pick an entire License Plate. No lines are registered (no Register command); instead, the lines are filtered (Filter Command – Pick from a License Plate).

Possible solutions

  1. Update the Mobile WMS app

    1. Make sure they are running the latest Mobile WMS app or, as a minimum version 2026.3.1

  2. Make sure they are running the latest WMS extension version

    1. Check the latest available version or, as a minimum, version MOB.5.66.

  3. Use Base Unit of Measure must be disabled

    1. Check the Mob WMS Setup and make sure Use Base Unit of Measure is not enabled

  4. Item Tracking must match

    1. Check if Pick according to FEFO is enabled in the Location card, or if the tracking was set directly on the lines. - When tracking information is already assigned to the line, then the tracking must also match the information on the License Plate.
