Azure AD / Entra ID does not match

When you enter a username in the Mobile WMS App and it is not an email address, then click Login, you will be redirected to the Azure AD / Entra ID login page on Microsoft.

Microsoft may attempt to resolve the provided username and return an associated email address. This can lead to unexpected matches if the username corresponds to a different account than intended. For example, if you enter Test as the username, Microsoft might return an email address linked to the username Test.

This behavior is controlled by Microsoft and cannot be overridden by the Mobile WMS App.

Recommendation:
To avoid mismatches, always use your email address when logging in via Azure AD / Entra ID.
