Setting up your AL Development environment

You need to set up a development environment in order to make extensions for Mobile WMS.

Are you new to AL development?

We can highly recommend this article Getting Started With AL which will guide you through these required steps.

1. Sign up for a Dynamics 365 Business Central sandbox.
2. Download Visual Studio Code.
3. Download the AL Language extension.

You also need access to a BC environment 

We recommend your customers Test-environment or a free trial sandbox.
