What is going to happen?
The existing Pack & Ship extension has been merged into our main product Mobile WMS version 5.42.
A Migration process is required for existing customers using Pack & Ship. See below to determine what specific action is required for you.
Why is this an advantage?
- It is no longer required to manually install and update a separate Per-Tenant extension to use Pack & Ship, you will only need Mobile MWS.
- To create new general functionality around the License Plate concept, we need the License Plate data structure in Mobile WMS
- New compatible Shipping solutions for Mobile WMS are available, more details can be found here.

ShipIT 365 (options A+B)
If you are using ShipIT 365 today, you can´t start the migration process at this moment.
You must wait until the new ShipIT 365 Connector by Idyn is available on AppSource.
Expected to be ready end of September 2023.
New customers are recommended to wait until the new ShipIT 365 Connector by Idyn is available on AppSource.
It´s also possible to use the current OnPrem/PTE extensions available on Tasklet University.
However, this will require you to complete the data migrations process later to start using the latest AppSouce Apps with new features.
LogTrade Connect (options C+D)
To ensure the correct migration process, we have created a detailed guide How-to: Migration of Pack & Ship and Migration Tool
After the migration process has been completed, all existing functionality and data from Pack & Ship will be available.
New customers are recommended to install the latest version of Mobile WMS and LogTrade Connect.
Only Pack & Ship (Options E+F)
To ensure the correct migration process, we have created a detailed guide How-to: Migration of Pack & Ship and Migration Tool
After the migration process has been completed, all existing functionality and data from Pack & Ship will be available.
New customers are recommended to install the latest version of Mobile WMS and simply enable Pack & Ship as a feature. See details
