Description

The Mobile WMS app allows the user to remove items from the inventory.

The purpose of the feature is to allow the user to remove expired or otherwise damaged items from the inventory and update Business Central immediately.

  • Compared to the Unplanned Count, the adjust quantity feature does not require the user to count the items
  • The user simply registers the quantity that is removed

Adjust Quantity

  • The feature is activated by selecting the "Adjust Qty" menu item on the main menu.

  1. Select the location you are in

Note: The locations available to the user, correspond to the locations the user has been set up to use on the warehouse employee page in Business Central.
The default location is the first entry in the list.

  2. Scan / enter the bin
Alternatively, search for the bin using the online search functionality
Leave empty if the location does not use bins

  • Scan / enter the item number or barcode

    2. "Use Base Unit of Measure"-setting is False
