• Customer: Yes, but if the changes is beyond design, then you should involve your partner.
  • Note: Start by using the Standard Label Designs. They fit many use cases.

• Partner: You can modify the mobile behavior when label printing is triggered, the data used and of course the design

Checklist for support when creating a new type of label template:

• What is the purpose and workflow
• Can it be based on an existing Standard Label Designs 
• From what page in Mobile WNS is it to be triggered
• What is the source data. E.g. Item, Warehouse Shipment or Sales Shipment etc.
• Please attach a mockup/sketch of the design (or the changes to existing label)
