Description

There are two ways to connect and authenticate against Business Central

Using Company Email to log in

Proceed to: Setting up Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication

Using username and password to log in

Proceed to: Setting up Basic Authentication

  • Cloud: Basic Auth. will be Removed with Business Central 2022 release wave 1 You should use AAD instead
  • On-Prem: Basic Auth will remain an option for the time being
