Create new static collections of Steps ("registrationCollectorConfigurations") or modify existing Steps from other ISV customizations to Mobile WMS.
Your new or modified headerConfiguration is saved as static "ReferenceData", meaning the collection of HeaderFields can never change during a sessions and is only loaded once (at the time the user login at the mobile device).
