Tip for physical layout

Try to place Popular items

• in close proximity to the beginning of the aisles 
• close to other popular items
  
  

This can be more efficient than focusing on how to dynamically plan a route. But can be overruled by what kind of items you sell, how you replenish, physical space etc. etc.
