Attach Image from Context Menu
Available from version 3.6 Mobile WMS for Dynamics AX/365FO and Mobile WMS app version 1.4.0.1 for Android
From version 3.6 of Mobile WMS for Dynamics AX/365FO it is possible to attach an image to any data displayed on the mobile device, be it orders or order lines.
In the following example the user has created a Quarantine Order from the mobile device, but afterwards found out he/she needed to attach additional images of why the item was put in quarantine.
In that case he navigates to the quarantine orders page on the , finds the order, and clicks the context menu, as seen below.

From there the user enters a flow, where he can attach any number of images to the order referenced.

Media Queue
The mobile device sends in the image asynchronously to the Dynamics AX/365FO in a later process. Therefore all images taken from a mobile device are put in a media queue, which is placed at Mobile WMS/Inquiries/Media Queue.
The image has been put in the Media queue.
In this queue it is possible to see the local id on the mobile device (Its path and filename), which mobile device it is coming from, and where it should be attached, once the mobile device sends in the image.
Document Management
Once the mobile device sends in the image, the Mobile WMS module will attach the image to the referenced record in the document management.
