  1. Open "Quick Settings" app:
  2. Select "Scan".
  3. Make sure the "Enable scan" option is checked.
  4. Select "Restore default".
  5. After restore default, if the device needs to support GS1 barcodes, please scan the QR-code shown in the first section of this page to enable GS1 barcode support.
  6. Restart Mobile WMS and check if the issue still occurs.
