- Warehouse Shipment:
- Only orders for the same Customer and delivery address on the same Shipment
- Only Source Documents of type "Sales Order", "Transfer Orders" outbound, as well as "Purchase Return Orders" and "Service Orders" (from MOB5.49) can be used as sources for Warehouse Shipment for the packing and shipping processes
Note: Assemble-to-Order is not supported from version MOB 5.54.

Shipment Information - Always the top element - Shipment number and Shipment Date
- Customer name
- Source document
- Information about the "Shipping Agent" and "Shipping Agent Service"
- Prefilled from Warehouse Shipment (can be changed from the mobile device)
- Information about Packing Station, if activated and available.
- Specified as part of the Pick process (can be changed from the mobile device)
- Status Icon changes
- When all required shipment information is collected the First element is processed and the Icon changes:
License Plates - Subsequent elements
- License Plate No.
- Staging hint
- Package Type, Weight, Dimensions etc. (defined by Mobile Package Setup)
- Qty. of items (Qty. base) for included items
- Status Icon
- When all required information is collected for the License Plate, it is ready to be shipped and the icon changes:

From version MOB5.46 It´s also possible to print the "License Plate Label" and "License Plate Contents Label" reports directly from the License Plate Card and List page in Business Central.
Assembly-to-Order for Pack & Ship

From version MOB5.54, Assembly-to-Order is supported for Pack & Ship.
Generally, the requirements for Pack & Ship should be fullfilled and the process will be no different from how items set to Assembly-to-Order are handled through normal warehouse processes. However, there are some things to take into consideration when using Pack & Ship.
- Picking ATO items
- When a Warehouse Pick is created from a Sales Order containing an ATO item, what is picked are the components of said item.
- Are the components are tracked, the Lot/SN should be registered when picking them.
- All items from that order should be completely picked.

- Packing - Pack & Ship
- License Plates will be created after the tote ID(s) scanned in the Pick process - this is standard Pack & Ship behaviour.
- The components (BOM) of the ATO item can be in the same License Plate or distributed/ moved between different License Plates.
- Partial Shipment is not supported when it contains Assembly-to-Order items.

ATO (completed) item is tracked When an ATO item is tracked and requires a Lot/SN to be assigned, this has to be handled directly in the Assembly Order on BC.
