Many Orders into one Pick Order?

Yes, there are at least two ways of doing this.

Using a Shipment

Combines several Sales orders

Steps:

  1. Create two Sales orders
  2. Create a blank Warehouse Shipment
    1. Select "Get source Documents" to add your Order(s)
    2. Select "Create Pick"
    3. Set Sorting Method to Bin

If there is a correlation between the Bins, the pick lines will be grouped/ordered together.
