Counting Journals
Applies to Mobile WMS
Excerpt |
---|
The Mobile WMS application can be used to register counted items directly on each counting journal line. |
The standard counting journal has a new field named <Released to mobile>. This field controls whether the journal is visible on the mobile device.
When the warehouse manager has finished adding the journal lines the journal is released and it is visible on the mobile devices.
The journal lines have a new field named <Registered on mobile>. This field shows if the counted value has been updated from the mobile device.
When lines are posted from the mobile device this flag is set. It shows the warehouse manager which lines have been counted and which is missing. It is only lines that have not been registered before that are transferred to the mobile device when order lines are downloaded.
The mobile device also updates the <Counted> field and sets the employee (worker) who performed the count.
