Service Orders
Service orders will be available for Picking on the mobile device if:
- The location is setup for Require Pick and Require Shipment.
- The user logged in on the mobile device is configured to work on this location
The typical work process is:
- Create a new Service order and fill in the necessary details.
- Add line items.
- Create a Warehouse Shipment and from there a Pick.
- Pick and Ship the order using the mobile device.
