Problem

The Shipment function returns no matches.

Solution

Check and adjust the search filters

On the mobile device, make sure to check the filters if no orders are visible.

Location -filter

Make sure the relevant Warehouse Shipment is Released on the selected Location

Shipment Date -filter

• Sales Order

  • The filter date must be higher than the Due Date on the related Shipment Line. (fig.1)

• Transfer Order

  • The filter date must be higher than the Shipment Date on the related Transfer Order Header (fig.2)
