The Bluetooth ringscanner is unfortunately not supported by Zebra's pairing software.
In order to make the ringscanner pair with a Zebra device, the following procedure needs to be done.

Once the ringscanner can connect to your device

1. Reboot the scanner by holding the Restore Key down for three seconds, and releasing it.
2. Reboot the device.
3. Finally Pair the Device Using the Pairing app on the device.
4. On Once the device the RS5100 ringscanner is connected now to open the DataWedge app and select
   1. Select the Mobile WMS profile

   Scanner configuration -> scan params ->
   1. Configure scanner settings
   2. Select Scan params
   3. Select Code Id Type
   ->
   1. 1. This must be set to "Aim".
