Cell Modifications

| When you need to provide on-hand inventory during counting, you can easily add this by using cell modifications. |
Typical stock counts are blind counts, meaning you don't know how much quantity is on stock. The most obvious reason is to avoid counting with a target.
But if you need to show on-hand inventory on the mobile device, you can modify the displayed cells.
How to add on-hand quantity to count lines
Navigate to Mobile WMS/Setup/Pages and find the Count Lines page.
Click on List Design.
In the top view you find cell names, how ever they are quite small in order to give place for example data.
When you modify a cell you have to choose if you want to replace or append to the cell.
In the example above we replace a text to cell "dimensionsLabelsProduct" and on-hand quantity to the cell "dimensionsValuesProduct".
When you click save button your preview is updated and you get fast response to your changes.
We don't want to add on-hand quantity to the cell "ActionDefinedQuantity" as this field is reserved to our registered quantity during counting.
Once you are satisfied you just need to update the count lines to see changes on the mobile device.
