How "Available Quantity" is calculated

This value comes from the field "Available Qty. to Take" on page “Bin Contents".

  1. Go to “Item card"
  2. Go to “Bin Contents”
  3. Select "Personalise" and "Add field"
    1. "Available Qty. to Take" (Tooltip: Specifies the quantity of the item that is available in the bin.)

If you also want to see the base for the calculation you can add these fields too:

  • "Quantity (Base)"
  • "ATO Components Pick Qty (Base)"
  • "Negative Adjmt. Qty. (Base)"
  • "Pick Quantity (Base)"

The last three fields are subtracted from “Quantity (Base)” to determine the value of "Available Qty. to Take".
