Will we be forced to migrate?
- No and yes, when a migration path is ready in AppSource we will only support the existing connectors for another 6 months. As of today that would mean September 2023 + 6 months, because that is when we expect the last connector app for ShipIT 365 to be available in AppSourceAfter April 1. 2024 we stop support of our connectors and you risk future versions of LogTrade Connect or ShipIT 365 will be unsupported. It is therefore strongly recommended you complete the migration before that date.
It´s up to you when you are ready and want to migrate, but new features related to Pack & Ship functionality will only be released as part of Mobile WMS

They should use the latest version of Mobile WMS and simply enable Pack & Ship as a feature. See detailsOnly if they need to use the ShipIT 365 Connector and start before September 2023, the old separate Pack & Ship extension should be used.
