Accessing the Count Module

The count module is accessed from the main menu seen on the screenshot above. When you activate the count module the order list is shown.

The order list shows the available count orders. The orders are downloaded directly from Dynamics AX/365FO.
The information displayed for each order can be changed in Dynamics AX/365FO to fit your specific requirements.
Order locking
The lock symbol on each order tells you if someone else is working on the order. If you select a locked order a warning is displayed telling you who is working on the order. The locking functionality is used to prevent unintentionally selecting an order handled by another user. If you still want to work on the order after seeing the warning you can open the menu and select <Release> to unlock the order.
