- all Mobile WMS menu’s
- all warehouses enabled
- all users have access when logging in through the device
This ensures a smoother installation and a quicker hands-on experience feedback for the end mobile device users.
When setting up Mobile WMS in Dynamics AX/365FO that results in limited and controlled access through your devices. Setup in these areas are required:
- Usergroups
- Menu’s
- Warehouses

How to reset and return to One Click Setup?
If you encounter issues with the setup, you can always reset and rewert revert to the initial One Click Setup, where all warehouses and menus are available.
Firstly you have to delete all records in these tables:
- MobMenuPermissions
- MobDocumentAccessRights
- MobInventLocationsGroupRights
In D365FO you can open a table from the internetbrowser by using this URL.
"Your URL to D365FO" + "=systablebrowser&tablename=MobInventLocationsGroupRights"
After the records in the above mentioned tables are deleted, you need to login again. Then all menus and warehouses are available again. This should the same for anyone who logs in.
