Problem
The Shipment function returns no matches.
Explanation
The location has "Require Pick" enabled- Therefore Shipment is not available on the mobile device
- The mobile device performs the Picking of items for shipping. Not the Shipment itself.
When "Require Pick" is enabled on the Location the Warehouse Shipment is posted through the the full client, not Mobile.
Solution
How can I use the Shipment menu?
- Disable "Require Pick"
- Enable "Require Shipment"
Step 1 Create a document
- Create and Release a Sales Order with the correct Location
- Create and Release the Warehouse Shipment for the order
Step 2 Check the filters
On the mobile device, make sure to check the filters if no orders are visible.
Location filter:
Make sure the relevant Warehouse Shipment is Released on the selected Location
Shipment Date filter:
Warehouse Shipment from Sales Order
- The filter date must be higher than the Planned Shipment Date Due Date on the related Sales Order Shipment Line. (fig.1)
Warehouse Shipment from Transfer Order
- The filter date must be higher than the Shipment Date on the related Transfer Order Header (fig.2)
