Before you close the Azure portal make sure to make a copy of the application id:
Once you have the Copy of the ClientID in the Clipboard then please add it to the Entra IDs by clicking the "Add new Client ID".
If you have a need for a Tenant ID or want to override the Display Name then you find this under "ADVANDED SETTINGS" below.
After the Client ID has been set up you are ready to get the end point.
By pressing the button below the system will check if there is a connection to the server.
